　　2021翻译硕士MTI中国日报4月热词:湖北除武汉外解除封锁

　　Hubei province announced on Tuesday that it will reopen Wuhan's transportation connections to areas outside the city on April 8 and lift traffic controls in other parts of the province starting on Wednesday. People in Hubei will be allowed to leave the province if they hold a green health code, meaning no contact with any infected or suspected COVID-19 cases, according to a circular issued by the provincial COVID-19 control headquarters. Migrant workers who hold green codes and negative nucleic acid testing results will be sent out of the province to their workplace directly. The announcement said Wuhan will gradually resume production based on risk evaluation. The reopening of schools, colleges, kindergartens and vocational institutions remains postponed and will be set at a later date.

　　湖北省宣布，25日起该省除省会武汉市以外的地区解除对外交通管控，4月8日起武汉市重新开放对外交通。根据湖北省新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部发布的通告，在鄂人员凭健康码"绿码"即可离鄂。"绿码"意味着持码者未曾接触过新冠肺炎确诊或疑似病例。对持"绿码"的外出务工人员，经核酸检测合格后，将直接被输送至其务工所在地。通告称，武汉将根据风险评估逐步复工复产。各学校、高校、幼儿园和职业院校将继续延期开学，具体开学日期待定。
