　　背景：荷兰的阿姆斯特丹近日决定在全市17处垃圾收集点试验种植花草，以减少垃圾不入桶的脏乱差现象。之前，该市曾在150个垃圾桶旁利用人工草皮做实验，达到了一定效果，让垃圾桶旁散落的垃圾下降了近50%，但人工草皮很快就会破损。因为疫情期间的封锁，大多数人居家办公，快递和外卖的数量也大幅增加，大件垃圾增多。但与此同时，人们出于对病毒的惧怕，不愿接触垃圾桶外表面，导致许多垃圾袋都未入桶，而是散在周围的地面上。一位市政工作人员表示，希望垃圾桶旁边的花草能提示市民爱护环境，“我已经开始对跟在阿姆斯特丹人屁股后面清理垃圾感到厌倦。他们可以带手套。没有任何理由把垃圾扔在街上。我们不能再这样下去了，得想办法一起度过危机。”
