　　单独看这两个句子：

　　1.这些公司交的税比应该交的要少。

　　2.这些公司交的税比他们预计的收入要少。

　　这就是偷换比较对象了啊！

　　就是是很明显的错误。

　　但是昨天为什么这么多人错呢？

　　只是我们没有切分句子！

　　所以拜托一定要切分句子！

　　你只要注意到这三点,句子就不会读错：

　　一.找主语：

　　1. 找动词的主语

　　2. 找现在分词的逻辑主语

　　3. 找过去分词的逻辑主语

　　二.如果出现代词，一定要找到指代对象：

　　1.尤其是定语从句中关系代词的指代对象。

　　2.同时还要注意关系代词在句子中是充当主语还是宾语。

　　3.同位语就是指代关系，找到同位语的指代对象。

　　三.如果出现并列连词，一定要找到并列对象：

　　1.如果出现了并列对象的省略一定要注意补全。

　　今天的句子：

　　British MPs fear that spooks are asking American agencies to fish out information on Britons they are forbidden to collect themselves—a claim that Mr Hague said was “fanciful”.

　　思考题:

　　Mr Hague held British MPs propose an untested assertion.

　　句子解析：

　　这个句子的关键是：

　　a claim 这是同位语，指代的对象是前面的句子也就是British MPs的观点。

　　that的指代对象就是：claim

　　而that的位置是需要调整的：

　　Mr Hague said (that) that was “fanciful”.

　　= Mr Hague said (that) (the claim)  was “fanciful”.

　　第一个that是宾语从句的连接词that被省略了。

　　第二个that指代the claim

　　所以再来看选项和原文的对比：

　　Mr Hague said (that) (the claim)  was “fanciful”.

　　fanciful：异想天开的；

　　fancy 是大纲词汇，所以fanciful作为此行的变体也是大纲词汇了。
