这里的The black people 代替 Black Americans 没有任何问题，
因为文章只说了美国黑人，这个是可以默认的。
大学就两种：
for-profit university和the non-for-profit university
黑人去for-profit university的居多;
那么被the non-for-profit university拒的可能性就更大。
(这里的隐藏比较是：和白人比)
当然判断确实不是那么的完美，总有瑕疵，
但放到四个选项下，没有比这个更好的选项，那就只能选了。

你看真题的选项连：Except in the District of Columbia(除开哥伦比亚特区)，都不会考虑，直接给忽略了!同义替换肯定要省略一些信息啊，不然选项就太长了!
